Big7Kits builds modular wiring & install kits for Jeep, Bronco, and off-road builds — battery cables, ground straps, lighting harnesses, winch wiring, accessory power, and distribution blocks. Everything an overlander or off-road enthusiast needs to wire a heavy-current rig cleanly. We launched the brand in late 2025 and stood up paid acquisition, SEO, and lifecycle email in parallel. Ten months later monthly orders are up 4,667%, AOV climbed +73%, paid is running 12–17x ROAS across both channels, and returning-customer rate has scaled from 0% at launch to 6.6%.

Big7Kits launched in July 2025 with a brand-new domain, no organic footprint, no ad history, and a mobile-first Jeep / off-road audience (78.5% mobile sessions) that already trusts a handful of legacy wiring brands. We had to build the entire growth engine from zero — Shopify storefront, paid acquisition (Google + Meta), SEO foundation, lifecycle email/SMS — and prove the unit economics before scaling. The goal was simple: a clean line from $0 to six-figure months without burning the launch budget on prospecting that didn't convert.
