Why is my Meta ROAS lower than my Google ROAS?

Different intent. Google captures people actively searching for what you sell; Meta interrupts people scrolling. Healthy benchmarks are 8-15x for Google branded campaigns, 2.5-5x for Meta prospecting, and 6-12x for Meta retargeting. Anything materially off those bands is usually a creative, audience, or attribution issue we can diagnose in a one-week audit.

Do I need to provide creative or do you produce it?

Both options. We run accounts with client-supplied creative if you have a strong internal team, and we run accounts with full creative production handled by us (photo + video + UGC + editing) if you don't. Most clients use a hybrid model where we own paid-channel creative and they own brand/organic.

How do you handle iOS 14 attribution issues?

Server-side Conversions API integration on day one, paired with proper event deduplication so the browser pixel and CAPI events don't double-count. We also pull Shopify-side revenue for blended attribution and reconcile to Meta-reported numbers weekly — so you always know what's real.

Do you run TikTok and Pinterest too?

Yes — TikTok Ads is part of most engagements when the brand fits, and Pinterest is great for visual product categories. Both run as extensions of the Meta creative engine since the UGC pipeline transfers across surfaces.
